After the great success of the first workshop on Burnout, Dr Van Hoof will animate a full day session on Burnout Prevention. 

The day will cover:

  • Recognizing alert signals of toxic stress in teams
  • Identifying KPI’s in organisation/ teams
  • Building a strategic wellbeing policy
  • Return-to-work from a manager’s perspective
  • Scenario’s on how to facilitate resilience

The workshop will be a mix of knowledge, scenario’s and exercises.

Location: Faculty Club - Groot Begijnhof 14, 3000 Leuven

Timing: 10:00-18:00 with one hour break for Lunch.

Audience: The workshop is open to Human Resources Professionals and Managers.

Fee: The invitation is opened to BeCRO members for one week up to Friday October 13th.  One Free seat is offered for member < 50 employees; Two free seats are offered for member >=50 employees.  As the workshop is limited to 30 participants, the principle “First Come, First Served” will be applied.  After Oct 13, in case seats are still available, the workshop will be proposed to non-members (Pharma, Biotech, CROs) at a fee of 250€.

About Professor Van Hoof: Prof. Dr. Elke Van Hoof is a clinical Psychologist with 15+y experience in resilience, stress and burnout. Highly skilled in core talents, biofeedback, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP). More then 10+y experience in persons with chronic fatigue syndrome, recurrent absenteeism and return to work.

After reaching her degree as a clinical psychologist (1999), she worked on her PhD and developed her clinical experience with patients and their families. Target groups were people (and their families) suffering from stress-related conditions as well as chronic fatigue. The combination of clinical work and research gives her a lot of satisfaction as I am constantly perfected her clinical skills and knowledge.

Since 2013, Prof. Dr. Elke Van Hoof started her own business. She is the founder of the ‘Huis voor Veerkracht’, the stress, burnout, bore-out and resilience expertise centre.
